Coconut CBD Sorbet



1 (15 oz) can coconut cream

1 (15 oz) can of coconut milk

3/4 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1/4 cup of lime juice (you can add more if you want more tartness)

1 Tsp. CBD oil (optional, slide over to see what brand I use)

Shredded coconut for garnish (it toasts QUICKLY in the oven at 325 degrees for 5-8 minutes)

Sea salt for garnish


  1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

  2. If you are using an ice cream maker, chill your ingredients before pouring into the machine.

  3. Pour into machine and churn for 12 minutes. Freeze for an hour then enjoy!

  1. If you are freezing by hand, put the bowl of mixed ingredients in the freezer and stir every thirty minutes until you get to the consistency you prefer (usually about 3 hours of freeze time). If you find that your sorbet mixture is too chunky after being in the freezer for too long, throw your chunks in a blender and bring it back to a smooth consistency.

  2. Top with lime zest, toasted shredded coconut, and sea salt for garnish!

Remember to always keep the sorbet in an airtight container so it stays fresh.
